The Kern County Elections Division is pleased to announce that ballots for the August 26, 2025, All Mailed Ballot Election for the City of Arvin and for Stallion Springs Community Services District will start to be mailed out today to eligible voters residing within the respective districts. All necessary information, including drop box locations and accessibility options, will be included with the ballot itself. The Kern County Elections Division offers multiple convenient methods for returning completed ballots. Voters can choose to deposit their ballots in secure ballot drop boxes, return them by mail using the postage-paid envelope provided, or deliver them in person to the Elections office during business hours. The last day to register to vote and have a ballot mailed to you is August 11th. After that you can conditionally register to vote between August 12th and August 26th at the Kern County Elections office.
